My Thursday Thing: Quickies

My site's been up now for about 5 weeks and we've had a small, but steady growth in the number of people taking interest. From Instagram and Twitter to Facebook and this blog, the number of followers is slowly growing. And while we're in week 5 of cooking challenges and I'm still trying to figure out the secret sauce (pun intended) to getting more guys to enter, I'm feeling pretty positive about the future of He Can Cook. So much so, if you didn't see, I've got my first bit of merchandise. My very own stickers!

While I'll continue with the weekly cooking challenges and the My Thursday Thing blog posts, it's time to start really focusing on my mission of getting guys out of the cave and into the kitchen. Starting next week, I'll begin to post Quickies. NO, not that kind of quickies! This is a food blog after all. I'm talking about super short videos that showcase basic food preparations, cooking techniques, easy recipes and much more. I'll post them everywhere so you won't be able to miss them. And in the coming months, I plan to do live cooking demonstrations on Instagram where newbies to the kitchen can cook along with me as well as offer private instruction locally.

Here's a quick trailer to give you an idea of what to expect.

Do you have an idea you'd like to see me cover? Make a comment. If I choose your idea, you'll get a He Can Cook sticker!
